Shipping Information

How We Ship

In order to maintain freshness, shipping is limited to a 2 day radius from the farm. This includes NY, NJ, PA, and MA. We use USPS priority mail and ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so that packages are delivered before the weekend

Local Pickup

If you are in the area, you are welcome to pick up your purchase instead of having it shipped. Just choose the local pickup option at checkout and we will contact you to coordinate pickup at the farm in Cohocton.

How fast will my order ship?

Unless you specify a delivery date in the comments, we will start processing your order the day of placement and ship it the same or next day. You can order as far in advance as you would like. If you want to order larger quantities, get in touch via the contact form.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our chicken. If the chicken being shipped is under the listed weight, you will be refunded the difference. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know via the contact form! We will refund you the full amount or send a replacement at no cost–whatever you prefer.

Why do I need to verify my purchase?

Paypal uses an extra layer of security with Verified by Visa if you are using a Visa credit card. You will need to call the listed customer service number to verify your purchase the first time you use a particular card, but subsequently should have no problems. There is no danger involved in your purchase; it is just one more bit of security to keep your financial information safe.
